Suspended struggle

The struggle itself is a right that is being taken away from us little by little for pretexts. The international community has actually shown reservations regarding the Palestinian situation, ruling that the legitimacy of the struggle is suspended. However, all of this did not eliminate the role of the Palestinian refugee youth in the struggle and in investing their asylum in support of a renewed struggle machine in Palestine. The refugee youth are a mobile speaking media that serves the Palestinian news, a corrective narrator of poisonous narratives broadcast through the enemy’s media machine, and a steadfast person who clings to “no settlement. Loudspeaker is not restricted to anyone

There is an urgent need in the first place to show your opinion, to stand among a group of your people and influence them and they influence you, then you will find a way, know it, and pursue it. All this is an indispensable benefit in order for the judgment to be upright, and lest you make a tyrant over you, and you will end up disliking something. The firm human right to participate in political life is an instinct in the individual and the group whose goal is to make society equal and correct. The viewer alone is to look with his one eye without taking into account the opinions and perceptions of others, he is without creativity and intelligence, and to his immediate desire is closer than his need to refine and preserve his humanity. There is no doubt or dispute that the leadership or management or whatever its name is the system based on the order of the group, it is in its opinion, assessment, management and treatment of issues, capable of achieving and meeting the needs of the individual and the group of food, housing, security, dignity and others, also capable of tyranny and deny rights. And when a person renounces a right, it is as if he renounces his rights all at once. What about the oppressed refugee who does not know where the helm is? Of course, asylum and the complex factional situation does not justify the reluctance of the Palestinian society from its right. The political situation in Lebanon in its general image is also not a justification. Let us suppose that the factions are like them in a special case, but in some way, they have given them a head that represents us, that is, that represents the summary of what we want, and represents the summary of what we see. Our voice, our expressions and our dialect, so how can this political and administrative representation achieve the desired of it if our voice and our opinion did not reach it! There is no legitimacy for a voice that emanates from the people and is independent of them, and on the other hand, the voice of those who whispered or shouted in the midst of chaos does not reach. It is not difficult for a single group to gather and define its priorities and demands, even if its origin and branch differed, it has been placed today in one trench. The refugee people should appreciate the course of things, and realize that the main reason for the widening of their plight is that they stood by and watched in the face of successive crises, and that the consequences of their fear that silenced them made things worse. Know first and foremost that loudspeakers are not restricted by anyone, and there is no need for you to understand politics in order to participate in it. It is a definite legal right to demand your proper representation and to form a group under the name you desire, to ask a referendum, to hold a sit-in, to disobey, and to say in a clear and frank voice That a human being is in my group and we need this or we do not want this. This is a right related to being a human being in the first place, not to being a citizen of your country. International laws guarantee without discrimination the right to self- determination, as there is no legitimacy for some individuals to decide the fate of the group without referring to it.

Heresy alternative solution to work

It is not a secret to anyone how the drowned clings to a straw, and from behind the edges, hands with mighty capabilities and amazing generosity stand, throwing a straw to each drowned person. And I do not think we disagree that straw is a distraction from fear that neither saves nor enriches. So how did our armed organizations make the right to work and collect money that guarantees the preservation of human dignity and his need for life as a distraction that does not save? Let's first look at the UNRWA innovation in 'money for work' and take a peek at the hole it has made. The innovation says that a different number of young men and women in the process of their production will be periodically selected and pushed into the labor market, and they will be distributed according to their specializations or choices previously, in a questionnaire to work A period of time of approximately sixty days, and the financial equivalent is 'mere', but it is interrupted. What is the point of the innovation of UNRWA and other organizations that are concerned with employing the largest possible number of young people and getting rid of them quickly? This creates instability in money, livelihood and social life, and it does not even give enough time to gain the required experience in any job market. Our organizations are not far from it, but here blood may shed with sweat. The situation with the ongoing economic crisis in Lebanon and the collapse of the lira has become more complex. The number of young people at the entrances and alleys of the camps is suspiciously increasing, and two things are clear that military uniforms cannot conceal from them, and they are small the age of the militants, and their inability to bear arms, neither awareness nor jurisprudence in it. Far from the obvious estimation, that we are a people with a warlike tendency as a result of their circumstances and experiences, and that fire escalates into fire, so it is inevitable. Why do our organizations need this number of armed men in their orbits? The goal of the young man among them is to secure his strength and provide for his family, so he seeks a job in which he does not understand and does not know its purpose, nothing with a few dollars brings him except more chances of death, and his soul is filled with bullets. In summary, for all of the above, it seems clear that the person responsible for the Palestinian affairs in the diaspora has dramatically aborted his right to work, and they have convinced him that it is an alternative and indispensable solution.

rights and reality

rights and reality "There is confusion between the refusal to settle the Palestinians in Lebanon and the deprivation of their most basic civil, social and cultural rights.. Lebanon is considered one of the countries that ratified most of the provisions of the Casablanca Protocol in 1965, when the resolution stipulated the need to treat Palestinians in the Arab countries in which they reside as the treatment of the original people. In terms of their rights of residency and work..but the situation on the ground is completely different..the Palestinian is still treated as a foreigner, his rights are limited and he does not get the rights stated in international charters in terms of ownership..we cannot forget that Lebanon started an introduction its constitution with a text expressing respect for the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and international human rights law..." The wonder of the awakening of the Minister, "Kamil Abu Suleiman", on the eligibility of the Lebanese labor force to work inside Lebanon like the rest of the workforce... to issue his decision in the name of the "Foreign Labor Plan in Lebanon", while the ministers before him left the matter as an exception!! Anyway, in Lebanon, you have to get used to everything that is strange and strange. Unprecedented vision! The minister finds that what he is doing is right, and it is a legal procedure that takes its course, and by this he may draw attention to the fact that he is working to modify and change the reality that a period of time has passed and has not changed, while the Lebanese people are waiting for change and renewal, as the other is tired of repetition and problems. political affairs, and everything is heading for the worse.. The minister's enthusiasm was initially focused on developing a legal plan in his view; It works to preserve the right of the Lebanese to work unchallenged and without competition! While the ministers before him did not pay attention to rights, guarantees, entitlement and eligibility... they were oblivious and he was alone on his watch. But, Mr. Minister, he did not notice that his state has banned nearly seventy professions for the Palestinian, so how can he obtain a work permit that is basically prohibited!!? And did he consider the existence of a Palestinian-Lebanese dialogue committee affiliated to the Council of Ministers? Is it the right of his decision to bypass this committee? !! Indeed The Palestinian worker is exposed to great challenges in the Lebanese labor market. If he manages to get a job, the first thing that collides with him is the mood of the employer in terms of deprivation, devaluation, and the low wages he gives in exchange for heavy work... Not to mention the unfair conditions, harsh assignments, and abusive treatment, in addition to being in a state of unfair dismissal at any moment. There is no legal cover to protect it. There is no difference between a freelance worker and a certificate holder.. The Palestinian engineer who implements the project with a continuous effort in terms of follow-up, auditing and implementation, despite all these efforts, these efforts are placed in the name of the Lebanese engineer who assigned the Palestinian to his job. If we go to the Palestinian doctors who have passed the Coloquium exam, we find that they can only work in relief institutions and the Palestinian Red Crescent hospitals, not to mention that the medical reports issued by Palestinian doctors are not recognized by the Lebanese state until they are signed by a Lebanese doctor. I will not talk about the buildings that fall day after day while they are under the supervision of a Lebanese engineer.. and I will not address the suffering of the Lebanese from the medical field in Lebanon in terms of efficiency, costs and fatal medical errors, and their flight to Syria to extract a tooth or perform an appendix operation, which is the simplest operation that the Lebanese fear to perform in Lebanon . It is necessary to look at matters closely and examine the reality.. Then it is possible to report and talk about rights and preferences. The employment of the Palestinian is not a robbery of the right of the Lebanese worker, and it is not considered a competition, as it is said.. (Give the baker his bread even if he eats half of it).. For every interest of the people and the Lebanese citizen can rule. I do not underestimate the Lebanese in my stories, but I will address one of the categories to which the Lebanese himself testifies. Every nation is good and bad, knowledgeable and ignorant... Every person has his own livelihood and he does not take from the livelihood of others except what is destined for him.

Right of Return

The Palestinian cause has become a wound to the Palestinians alone, and the only means for the Arabs to trade and bargain and achieve their only goal.. It is not a prosperous economy, nor a repulsive development, nor a manifestation of existence, and hegemony over the Palestinian cause and robbed it of the aggressors and returned it to its people.. But the goal is to remain in power until the end of the world ...and let the Palestinian cause go to hell, and let the seat of government remain... It is the truth that the developments of the Palestinian cause reveal to us every day, and we are satisfied with the normalization of the Arab countries that used to stand out in international forums and call for the rights of the Palestinians.

Palestinians 'outside the camps' an additional obstacle to work

The Declaration of Human Rights did not exclude a person from the list of natural rights it stipulated, most notably the "right to work". Article 23 of it states the following: “Everyone has the right to work, to freely choose his work, to just and satisfactory working conditions, and to protection from unemployment.” Therefore, any emergency does not cancel the needs of any human being or lose his dignity.. This concept recognizes Everyone is against their languages and cultures, unless you are weak.

Seventy-four years of suffocation and double standards

The memory of the Nakba .. the most that opens our appetite for words that have not been silenced or lost despite all those years and days that have passed.. the Palestinian people have not recovered their wounds despite the passage of 74 years since their Nakba, and the smell of orchards, the keys to return and the simple details of life still dominate the stories of our ancestors wherever they go.
