A refugee is every person who has been subjected to persecution and forcible exit from his country, and cases of persecution continue with him in the host countries where he does not obtain his full rights. Within the forum syd program funded by Bjorkafriht, the Refugees Rights Youth Defenders Project is founded. It is a project concerned with enhancing the capabilities of youth in terms of refugee’s rights as well as empowering youth to demand civil and political rights for Palestinian refugees residing in Lebanon through social media.
