Accepting differences is an essential skill that helps girls understand and respect diversity among individuals, and appreciate differences in personalities, opinions, and emotions without making judgments, mocking, or rejecting others.
As part of the Violet Project at the Ein El-Hilweh Camp Center, the social worker conducted a life skills activity with the girls, aiming to promote mutual respect and empathy, encourage positive dialogue and acceptance of different perspectives, and develop the ability to think before judging others.
This activity contributes to strengthening the girls’ ability to build healthy relationships and create an environment based on safety, respect, and a sense of belonging.
