Naji Al Ali library was inaugurated on 29th Nov 2018, funded by Emmaus Bjorka within the Youth Act project. The library is equipped with a variety of purposeful books, and with modern equipment to deliver lectures and workshops. Upon a time, this project become one of the main projects in the organization. There’s a lot of branches to this library other than the Ein El-Helweh camp in Nahr Al-Bared, and Al-Badawi camps. In general, all people from the Palestinian society benefit from it especially people that benefit from the organization’s services.
Nuwat works on actuating the role of the library with services offered to the youth (from both genders) by enhancing them to acquire cultural, educational, and political knowledge.
The project was created based on a famous quote by the writer Michael Naima "When the library becomes a stipulation like a table, bed, chair, and kitchen, then we can declare us as a civilized nation”
