• The "Right of Return" campaign:
Campaign definition:
Resolution 194 of the United Nations, which states the right of a Palestinian who was expelled or left his homeland for any reason in 1948 or at any time thereafter, to return to the land or home in which he lived a normal life before 1948, and this right applies to Every Palestinian, whether he is a man or a woman, and it also applies to the offspring of either of them, regardless of their number, places of residence, place of birth, and their political, social and economic circumstances.
The aim of the campaign:
Through this campaign, we seek to affirm the right of all Palestinians to return to their country. Emphasizing that the right of return is enshrined in international law as an individual right primarily based on Article 13 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 12 of the International Bill of Political and Civil Rights and Article 5 of the Convention on the Prohibition of Racial Discrimination. All of these articles affirm that “a person has the right to leave for any country, even his own, and to return to his country, and no one may be arbitrarily deprived of returning to his country.” The right of return is guaranteed by the right to self-determination, which was recognized by the United Nations in 1946 as a “principle” and a “right,” and it is not a political decision, or an agreement by mutual consent and settlement.
This campaign included awareness sessions, activities, and distribution of posters, in addition to preparing videos related to this campaign and publishing them on social media.
