"A healthy mind in a healthy body"; within the Violet Home Project, based on this principle, a common awareness session was organized for the drop-out students and their mothers in Ein El Helwi camp under the title " Eating Disorders" with the psychologist Fatima Bekai where the attendees was introduced to the importance of healthy food, the diseases and symptoms a person may suffer due to wrong eating habits, and the nutritional behaviors one must follow to maintain a healthy body.
This awareness session was followed by a life skills activity prepared by the social worker Nibal chaaban, where the students and their mother participate in building a food pyramid, colouring it, and distributing each type of food into its group.
The attendees were interested where this activity helped to evaluate the extent to which they benefited from the session and in improving the relation between each girl and her mother.
