In joint coordination between Sama Association and Nawa Association, a training course was conducted for the students of the “Violet Home” Project – Dropout Division, under the supervision of a specialized trainer.
The course, titled “Young Women’s Project Management at Minimal Cost,” included several training sessions aimed at developing the participants’ leadership and management skills.
The sessions covered key topics such as team roles, the importance of planning, and fostering teamwork and responsibility.
Violet Home project is funded by Caritas Espanola.
