Empowerment is the process of gaining enough control and confidence that urge make social and economic changes within the community; including to the institutions and the social roles assigned to people.
This program aims to liberate people and communities from poverty consequences, assign social roles by providing needed skills (Life and Vocational), and secure some resources to raise the beneficiaries and their communities' social and economic opportunities. This process aims to enhance equal opportunities and grant the marginalized and local communities to further access to a better future self- reliant
Minorities, women, the disabled, and the poor represent a part of the society, whom are in prompt need for assistance to achieve success and impartiality.
