Youths' Leadership

Youths in Lebanon encounter numerous challenges associated to the economic, political and social impediment to their integration within their community. Over 60 % of the population in the Arab countries is under the age of 30, where one third is between 24 and 29 years old. Youths present a great, unexploited potential for evolvement and changes in Lebanon.
Youths' Leadership program aims to strengthen the capacity of the youths and supports the exchange of expertise and knowledge among themselves in terms of skills, methods of leadership and leadership in the field of sustainable development. It specifically targets young males and females of qualifications and who are interested in developing their communities.
Nuwat mission is to invest in young males and females across Lebanon to unleash their potentials to help become social innovators, leaders, thinkers and a powerful force for change in their communities. Nuwat equips youths with tools to develop their own unique and innovative solutions to address real-life challenges. More importantly, Nuwat encourages participants to be entrepreneur change makers, capable of developing their ideas from plans to practice.
