We successfully held our first meeting with parents, where we introduced the services and activities of our project, discussed the center’s rules, and emphasized the importance of education. Positive Communication

The psychologist in Bedawi center in the Alternative School project carried out a psychological support activity entitled "Positive Communication" for children aged 6 to 10 years, with the aim of enhancing positive communication between the children in the group and with their surroundings. The Role of Parents in Protecting Their Children From Exploitation

The psychologist, Fatima Bekaie, conducted a group psychological session for students as part of the Alternative School Project. Promoting Gender Equality

The Violet Home project, as part of the “Your Decision, Your Choice” campaign aimed at promoting gender equality and reducing early marriage, organized an awareness session for mothers on the topic of early marriage. This session was conducted in collaboration with the “ New Beam of Life” project and was attended by mothers of drop-out students, support students, and pregnant women benefiting from the projects. The session addressed the topic of early marriage from all perspectives—psychological, social, and medical—to highlight the negative impact of early marriage on the mental health and physical well-being of girls, as well as on their social relationships. The WHO estimates that around 25% of the world's population is anemic, alarmingly this includes nearly 50% of preschool children, making it a significant public health concern. The most common cause of anemia worldwide is iron deficiency anemia, which can lead to serious developmental and health problems in young children if not treated promptly. Therefore the coordinator of the New Ray of Life project held a comprehensive awareness session specifically targeted pregnant women and mothers involved in the project. The session focused on the importance of understanding anemia in children, its symptoms and preventive measures that can be taken to ensure their children are healthy and nourished. This project is being funded by Caritas Española. The World Health Organization estimates that around 25% of the global population is affected by anemia. Eating Disorders

Eating disorders are characterized by severe and persistent changes in eating behaviours, along with associated distressing thoughts and feelings, such as preoccupation with food, body weight, and shape, or even anxiety about eating or the consequences of consuming certainfoods. Pregnant women and mothers are especially vulnerable, facing unique physical challenges and societal pressures regarding body image and parenting. To address these concerns, the psychologist within the New Beam of Life project organized an awareness session for pregnant women and mothers. This session educated participants about eating disorders, highlighted key signs and symptoms, and offered coping strategies. The initiative aims to empower these women to prioritize their mental and physical health while navigating the challenges of motherhood and maintaining a healthy relationship with food. Distinguishing Products That Are Subject to Boycott

Within the framework of enhancing youth awareness and directing them towards responsible consumer choices, the Seeds of Independence Network organized an awareness-raising activity dedicated to youth displaced as a result of Israeli attacks.
